Kyle Brunen, M.S.
Kyle Brunen, M.S., brings a unique blend of elite athletic experience and public health expertise. A former high-level athlete and a New York Yankees draft pick, Kyle transitioned from sport to studying how lifestyle and movement impact the brain.
After 25-year career in and adjacent to public health, he realized a hard truth: despite all his work, he hadn’t prevented a single case of dementia. Early diagnosis programs were always too late,
So, he quit.
With multiple degrees in exercise science, a nearly completed doctorate degree in public health, and years of research on the body-brain connection, Kyle now helps clients harness exercise — the most powerful tool for protecting cognition.
